All creative assets (logos, designs, media) created by Makspurt remain the property of the client after final payment, unless otherwise stated. Makspurt reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio.

Makspurt agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive data without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Makspurt shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
